Assisted Living Nursing in Life Plan Communities/CCRCs (USA)

We’re inviting registered nurses and licensed practical/vocational nurses working in Assisted Living within Life Plan Communities (LPCs) / Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs) in the United States to take part in a one‑to‑one virtual interview. Your practical insights will help shape future solutions that support resident care and clinical workflows.

We’ll explore your Assisted Living workflows and responsibilities, including care planning, medication management, team coordination, documentation, escalations, and how digital tools fit into your practice across the LPC/CCRC continuum.

What the research involves

Participation involves a one-to-one interview that will take place virtually at a time and date that is convenient for you.

Your details and contributions will remain confidential. We never publish names, facilities or any information that could identify you.

Who can take part

We’re looking for nurses who:

– Are based in the United States and currently employed at a Life Plan Community / CCRC
– Hold an RN or LPN licence
– Are actively involved in Assisted Living on campus
– Have worked in an Assisted Living setting for 6 months or more
– Work for a for‑profit or not‑for‑profit organisation that operates more than 20 senior living communities nationally
– Either lead the Assisted Living clinical team (manage nursing/care staff in Assisted Living) or manage clinical care independently in Assisted Living without direct reports

If you’re unsure whether you qualify, please apply—our short screener will confirm eligibility.
